3. Pricing & Payment

Valuations are purchased individually or in packs at prices listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Purchased valuations do not expire.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, please contact us through our contact form.

5. Valuation Certificates

Each completed valuation includes a PDF certificate delivered to the email address provided. Certificates include an estimated market value, price range, comparable sales data, and market analysis. The certificate reflects market conditions at the time of generation.

6. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
